Confirm coverage hours, team size, editing, expected deliverables and delivery dates. Check travel costs, applicable taxes, cancellation terms and usage rights. If you need business or promotional use, agree that with the professional before accepting the offer.
How do I compare photographers or videographers?
Review complete work from similar events and discuss the style, actual team, coverage hours, equipment and editing. Compare the same deliverables, deadlines and usage arrangements, including travel, extra hours and applicable taxes. A highlight gallery alone may not show how a professional covers an entire event.
When will I receive the photos or videos, and are raw files included?
Agree delivery dates for previews, edited photos, films and short clips separately. Same-day content and raw files are not automatically included. Confirm the editing and revision allowance, delivery method, download deadline and backup period with the professional.
Can I use the images on my business website or social media?

What should I check for drones, booths or livestreaming?
