Start with your guests and the experience you want to create. A roaming magician, a children’s activity and a staged show need different spaces, schedules and support. Compare what each professional will provide and what you or the venue must arrange.
Match the entertainment to your audience
Describe your event type, guest numbers, age range and preferred atmosphere. Decide whether guests will watch a performance, join an activity or meet entertainers as they move around the venue.
Mention languages, accessibility needs and any content preferences. For children’s activities, agree age suitability and who provides supervision; a performer’s presence does not automatically include childcare.
Plan performance times, sessions and queues
