1. Purpose and scope
This Legal Notice provides the legally required identification and contact information concerning the operator of PlanEvents and the online services made available through the website planevents.eu and the associated PlanEvents application and marketplace.
This Legal Notice should be read together with the PlanEvents Terms & Conditions, Professional / Marketplace Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Operator of the Service

BrandLabel Agency is the business name under which the independent professional activity of Dimitra Kizidou is carried out.
PlanEvents is not a separate legal entity from its operator unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Legal status
The operator carries out the activity as an independent professional established in Belgium.
The business is registered in Belgium under enterprise and VAT number BE1040366570.
Where reference is made in PlanEvents legal documents to “PlanEvents”, “BrandLabel Agency”, “we”, “us” or “our”, those references concern the operator identified in this Legal Notice unless the relevant document expressly states otherwise.
4. Nature of the PlanEvents activity
PlanEvents operates an online marketplace intended to facilitate contact between Clients seeking event-related services and independent Professionals offering such services.
PlanEvents does not itself provide the underlying event services offered by participating Professionals.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, PlanEvents is not a party to contracts concluded between a Client and a Professional.
Quotations, negotiations, contractual commitments, invoicing, payment for the underlying event service and performance of the event service take place directly between the Client and the relevant Professional.
The Professional remains solely responsible for the services offered or performed, including all applicable professional, regulatory, tax, licensing, insurance and contractual obligations.

5. Professional marketplace
Participation in the Professional marketplace is currently restricted to approved Professionals satisfying the eligibility requirements stated in the Professional / Marketplace Terms.
Professional users are subject to verification and approval before access to Lead Purchases is granted.
Approval by PlanEvents does not constitute certification, endorsement or a guarantee concerning the quality, solvency, regulatory compliance or suitability of the Professional.
6. Prices and payments
Submitting an Event Request is currently free of charge for Clients.
Professional users may purchase access to event Leads on a lead-by-lead basis.
The applicable price is displayed before completion of the transaction.
Prices displayed at checkout are subject to the applicable Belgian VAT treatment.
Payments for Lead Purchases are processed through Stripe or another payment service provider expressly identified during checkout.
PlanEvents does not receive or retain complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

7. Intellectual property
The PlanEvents name, Platform, software, interface, database structure, design, original content and other materials owned by the operator or its licensors are protected under applicable Belgian, European and international intellectual-property law.
No provision of this Legal Notice transfers intellectual-property rights to a user.
Use, reproduction, distribution, extraction, modification or commercial exploitation of protected PlanEvents materials is permitted only where expressly authorised by law, by the applicable contractual terms or by prior written authorisation.
Users retain rights in original content submitted by them, subject to the licences and conditions set out in the applicable Terms & Conditions and Professional / Marketplace Terms.
8. User-generated and third-party content
Certain information displayed through PlanEvents may be provided by Clients, Professionals or third parties.
PlanEvents may perform verification, moderation or technical checks but does not guarantee that all information supplied by a user or third party is complete, accurate or current.
Users remain responsible for the information and content they submit and for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and authority to submit it.
PlanEvents may remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect third-party rights, enforce the applicable Terms or preserve Platform security and integrity.
9. Third-party services
PlanEvents relies on third-party service providers for certain technical and operational functions, including hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, payments, transactional emails and security.
The current infrastructure may include Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend and Cloudflare Turnstile.
The use of those providers does not make them parties to contracts between Clients and Professionals.

10. Privacy and personal data
Personal data processed in connection with PlanEvents is handled in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, the Belgian Law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and other applicable Belgian and European data-protection rules.
The PlanEvents Privacy Policy contains detailed information concerning the controller, categories of personal data processed, purposes and legal bases, marketplace disclosure, Professional access to Client information, retention periods, security measures, international transfers and data-subject rights.

11. Cookies and similar technologies
The use of cookies, browser storage, authentication mechanisms and similar technologies by PlanEvents is described in the separate Cookie Policy.
Where consent is legally required for non-essential technologies, PlanEvents applies the applicable consent requirements.
12. Availability of the Service
PlanEvents seeks to maintain reasonable availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may be temporarily limited or suspended for maintenance, technical incidents, security reasons, legal requirements or circumstances beyond the operator’s reasonable control.
Nothing in this section excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Belgian or European Union law.

PlanEvents may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
Such links are provided for informational or functional purposes and do not imply endorsement of the relevant third party unless expressly stated.
PlanEvents is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of independent external websites or services.
14. Applicable law
The operation of PlanEvents and this Legal Notice are governed by Belgian law together with directly applicable European Union law and mandatory provisions applicable to the relevant relationship.
The contractual relationship between PlanEvents and users is further governed by the applicable Terms & Conditions and, where relevant, the Professional / Marketplace Terms.
15. Dispute information
Users are encouraged to contact PlanEvents at support@planevents.eu in the event of a complaint or dispute so that the matter may first be examined and, where possible, resolved amicably.
Any applicable jurisdiction is determined in accordance with the Terms & Conditions, Professional / Marketplace Terms and mandatory Belgian and European Union rules.
Nothing in this section restricts access to a competent court or another mandatory legal remedy.
16. Language
This Legal Notice may be made available in English, French and Dutch.
The Platform may display the version corresponding to the user’s selected language.
The English version is designated as the reference version in the event of a discrepancy between translations, without prejudice to mandatory Belgian or European Union language requirements and rights.
17. Amendments
This Legal Notice may be amended where necessary to reflect changes to the operator’s legal information, the PlanEvents Service, applicable legislation or regulatory requirements.
The date of the current version appears at the beginning of this document.
Material changes affecting contractual rights are governed by the applicable Terms & Conditions rather than by this Legal Notice alone.
