The appeal of Salón Gourmets is the range of culinary ideas gathered in one place. Traditional specialties sit alongside newer approaches to fine food and beverages, offering a view of gastronomy that extends beyond any single cuisine or product. The 40th edition brings this professional showcase to IFEMA Madrid. For restaurant, hotel and catering teams, exploring the exhibition offers a chance to discover unfamiliar products and look afresh at familiar ones. Specialist retailers, wholesalers and distributors can follow that same curiosity across the fair. Meeting producers adds a human dimension: the people behind the products can explain their origins, how they are made and what distinguishes them. The interest lies as much in understanding those differences as in finding something new. Opening time is 10:00 daily. One-day tickets are €60 online or €85 on site; four-day passes are €100 online or €130 on site.
