Who can register as an event professional?
Professionals offering event services with a VAT number can apply. In Belgium, professionals working through Smart can use their activity reference. Business verification is required; your application is reviewed before professional access is approved.
What is free, and what is optional?
Creating your account and accessing matching event requests are free. Unlocking a lead’s contact details is a separate paid action you choose. Portfolio and directory visibility are optional and require valid directory access under the applicable plan or granted free period.
How does the six-month introductory offer work?
The offer covers the first 50 eligible professional portfolios, subject to professional approval and directory launch conditions. For eligible access granted before launch, the visibility period starts when the directory launches. Check the access and dates shown in your account.
Will my portfolio be public as soon as I register?
Registration alone does not publish a portfolio. Professional approval, profile publication and valid directory access are required. Public browsing opens when the directory launch conditions are met.
Can I also organise my own events?
Yes. Professionals can also submit event requests to find suppliers or partners for their own projects.
