  professional showcase to IFEMA Madrid.\n\nFor restaurant\, hotel and ca
 tering teams\, exploring the exhibition offers a chance to discover unfa
 miliar products and look afresh at familiar ones. Specialist retailers\,
  wholesalers and distributors can follow that same curiosity across the 
 fair. Meeting producers adds a human dimension: the people behind the pr
 oducts can explain their origins\, how they are made and what distinguis
 hes them. The interest lies as much in understanding those differences a
 s in finding something new.\n\nOpening time is 10:00 daily. One-day tick
 ets are €60 online or €85 on site\; four-day passes are €100 onlin
