FRUIT LOGISTICA 2027
A new fruit variety only reaches shoppers if the journey works too. FRUIT LOGISTICA pairs the fresh-produce exhibition with a 2027 stage programme on retail demand, technology and resilient supply chains.
About this event
From a grower’s crop to a retailer’s display, freshness depends on many decisions. FRUIT LOGISTICA brings producers, traders, retailers, technology specialists and logistics businesses together to explore those decisions across the fresh-produce chain. The Berlin exhibition connects fruit and vegetables with the machinery, handling systems and transport services that support them. That breadth lets visitors investigate a product and the practical challenges of bringing it to market during the same visit. The confirmed 2027 programme adds another route through the subject. The Fresh Ideas Stage examines changing consumer demand, new varieties and retail strategy, while the Logistics Stage tackles refrigerated transport and more resilient supply chains. These discussions give commercial and operational teams a shared context for what they see on the exhibition floor. Messe Berlin organises the fair from 3 to 5 February, opening at 09:00 daily. Admission is for trade visitors only. Tickets start from €32 including 19% VAT for Friday-only entry and must be purchased online; there are no on-site ticket sales.
