DESCRIPTION:From a grower’s crop to a retailer’s display\, freshness 
 depends on many decisions. FRUIT LOGISTICA brings producers\, traders\, 
 retailers\, technology specialists and logistics businesses together to 
 explore those decisions across the fresh-produce chain.\n\nThe Berlin ex
 hibition connects fruit and vegetables with the machinery\, handling sys
 tems and transport services that support them. That breadth lets visitor
 s investigate a product and the practical challenges of bringing it to m
 arket during the same visit.\n\nThe confirmed 2027 programme adds anothe
 r route through the subject. The Fresh Ideas Stage examines changing con
 sumer demand\, new varieties and retail strategy\, while the Logistics S
 tage tackles refrigerated transport and more resilient supply chains. Th
 ese discussions give commercial and operational teams a shared context f
 or what they see on the exhibition floor.\n\nMesse Berlin organises the 
 fair from 3 to 5 February\, opening at 09:00 daily. Admission is for tra
 de visitors only. Tickets start from €32 including 19% VAT for Friday-
 only entry and must be purchased online\; there are no on-site ticket sa
 les.
