A new focus on complete contract projects joins lighting, emerging designers and collectible craft at Milan’s 2027 furniture and design gathering.

About this event

How does a collection of furniture become a complete interior? Salone Contract makes that question a central part of the 2027 edition, extending the conversation from individual products to the expertise and services needed for larger projects. Around that new initiative, the Salone retains the breadth that makes a visit valuable to architects, designers, retailers and buyers. Euroluce returns with its focus on lighting; SaloneSatellite brings emerging design talent into view; and the second Salone Raritas explores distinctive pieces and high-end craftsmanship. Together with the furniture, furnishing accessories and workplace exhibitions, these offer different scales of discovery, from one carefully made object to the planning of an entire space. The exhibition opens daily at 09:30. Access is primarily for industry professionals; furnishing-sector suppliers and manufacturers may visit from 16 April, students from 16 April, and the general public on 17–18 April. Children under ten are admitted only on public days under the organiser’s conditions. Ticket prices for 2027 have not yet been announced. See the official admissions page for updates.
