Decisions, team expectations and unspoken doubts can accumulate even when a business owner is surrounded by people. This Beci workshop gives entrepreneurs and managers space to examine that less visible side of leading a company. Former business leader and coach Patricia Vincent uses discussion and practical exercises to explore different forms of entrepreneurial loneliness. Participants work on recognising the responsibilities and beliefs that add to their mental load, and consider ways to preserve energy and regain clarity in their role. Organised with Partena Professional, the French-language workshop takes place at Beci on 26 November, from 09:00 to 12:30. Admission is free with registration for members and non-members; places are limited. Optional individual coaching in the afternoon requires a separate booking.
