A hotel room conceived by HBA, a restaurant concept by Livit and a laboratory of materials and ceramics make interihotel MAD26 a place to explore how hospitality spaces acquire character.

About this event

Hospitality design becomes tangible at interihotel MAD26. Within the Interiors Living Lab, HBA’s Sensory Explorer Concept Room draws inspiration from Barceló Hotel Group, while Livit Design’s Social Playful Concept Restaurant takes Lamucca as its reference. These settings offer architects, interior designers, hoteliers and restaurateurs different ways into the relationship between a space and the people who use it. That exploration continues at the Materials Lab and Craft Lab, where contemporary ceramic work connects craftsmanship with new approaches to interiors. Across the exhibition, furniture, lighting, materials and construction solutions sit alongside a programme of professional discussion. Forums on circular spaces and the influence of design on wellbeing give practical decisions a wider context. AMBIT Living Spaces Cluster organises the event at IFEMA Madrid on 17–19 November, from 10:00 to 19:00 each day. Entry is via Hall 1 from the South Entrance.
