Wine & Fine Food, the Cocktail Promenade and a plant-based pavilion bring different parts of a hospitality menu into focus in the organiser’s 2027 exhibition outline. For chefs, sommeliers, bartenders and caterers, the interest lies in exploring food and drink together: a delicacy, a wine selection or a plant-based product can each suggest a different direction for what a business serves. These specialist areas give a visit a culinary thread without narrowing it to one trade. The wider exhibition also brings together food and non-food products and services, allowing restaurant and hospitality teams to connect menu ideas with the practical requirements of their establishment. Exhibitor participation and pricing are available from the organiser. The fair runs from 20 to 22 September 2027 at Rotterdam Ahoy, 10:00–18:00 daily.
