 ganiser’s 2027 exhibition outline. For chefs\, sommeliers\, bartenders
  and caterers\, the interest lies in exploring food and drink together: 
 a delicacy\, a wine selection or a plant-based product can each suggest 
 a different direction for what a business serves.\n\nThese specialist ar
 eas give a visit a culinary thread without narrowing it to one trade. Th
 e wider exhibition also brings together food and non-food products and s
 ervices\, allowing restaurant and hospitality teams to connect menu idea
 s with the practical requirements of their establishment. Exhibitor part
 icipation and pricing are available from the organiser.\n\nThe fair runs
  from 20 to 22 September 2027 at Rotterdam Ahoy\, 10:00–18:00 daily. V
 isitors must be at least 18 and bring valid identification. Registration
