EuroGastro 2027
Polish culinary tradition meets the working realities of a modern kitchen at EuroGastro’s 30th edition, with a chefs’ competition alongside equipment, ingredients and hospitality technology.
About this event
The second “Traditions of Polish Cuisine” competition gives EuroGastro 2027 a culinary focal point. Organised by the Polish Chefs and Confectioners Association, it brings the craft of cooking into a fair where restaurant, hotel and catering teams can also examine the equipment and systems behind daily service. The exhibition spans professional cooking and refrigeration equipment, coffee and beverages, furniture, takeaway packaging and digital tools such as point-of-sale systems. For an operator planning a kitchen or improving service, that combination invites a wider conversation than choosing one machine: preparation, presentation and the customer-facing operation can be considered together. The Congress of the HoReCa Industry complements the exhibition, with the competition already confirmed for this edition. EuroGastro takes place at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, from 10:00 to 17:00 each day. Visitor admission is free with registration. Registration is for adults; visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Exhibitor pricing and participation details are available from the organiser.
