Who will buy from you, what alternatives do they have, and what will make your offer worth its price? This CCI Pau Béarn workshop brings those questions together through market research and the business model CANVAS. The day starts from the fit between an entrepreneur and their project, then examines demand, competition and the surrounding economic environment. Customer segments, products or services, pricing, location and communication form the next pieces of the picture. For someone preparing a launch or takeover, the useful connection is between understanding a market and making choices about how the business will operate. Rather than treating the business model as a separate document, the programme places it alongside the market study. Participants can use the session to examine whether their target customers, offer and commercial approach support the same project. The workshop starts at 08:30 at CCI Pau Béarn.
