  economic environment. Customer segments\, products or services\, pricin
 g\, location and communication form the next pieces of the picture. For 
 someone preparing a launch or takeover\, the useful connection is betwee
 n understanding a market and making choices about how the business will 
 operate.\n\nRather than treating the business model as a separate docume
 nt\, the programme places it alongside the market study. Participants ca
 n use the session to examine whether their target customers\, offer and 
 commercial approach support the same project.\n\nThe workshop starts at
