A restaurant’s character can begin with a plate, a fabric or the light around a table. At Ambiente 2027, Dutch studio Raw Color explores those relationships in the Interior Design & Architecture Hub, using selected exhibitors’ products to interpret hospitality through colour and materials. For hotel and restaurant buyers, interior designers and specialist retailers, the installation offers a starting point for a wider visit. Ambiente Projects helps identify suppliers for hospitality interiors, contract furnishing and professional dining, while Interior Looks brings furniture and furnishings into focus. Visitors can move between a complete spatial idea and the individual products needed to develop it. The programme also includes Ambiente Trends 27+ and specialist academies, with Designer Day on 30 January. These complement the exhibition’s broader Dining, Living and Giving offer, giving buyers room to consider both the atmosphere of a project and its product requirements. Admission is for trade visitors only. Online day tickets cost €29 with consent to the organiser’s Info Service emails, or €43 without; day tickets at the venue cost €58.
