 ontribution of external directors and practical mistakes to avoid. Voka 
 also introduces its 2027 governance and family-business offering\, follo
 wed by questions\, coffee and networking.\n\nOwners\, successors\, direc
 tors and shareholders can use the morning to consider whether their curr
 ent decision-making arrangements provide enough challenge and support. T
 he benefit is a starting point for asking more specific questions about 
 an advisory board or external expertise\, alongside conversations with o
 ther business owners.\n\nThe session runs from 07:30 to 10:30 at Voka’
