Trade Fair Aalsmeer 2026

Turn floral inspiration into sourcing decisions at Trade Fair Aalsmeer 2026: explore flower and plant ranges and speak with growers about the needs of your upcoming event projects.

About this event

A floral concept becomes easier to plan when you know the materials and the people supplying them. Trade Fair Aalsmeer 2026 brings growers, flower and plant buyers, florists and suppliers together at Royal FloraHolland on 3–5 November. Explore the flower and plant ranges on display with your next wedding, corporate event or venue installation in mind. The visit offers event florists and decoration specialists an opportunity to look beyond reference images, compare sourcing options and discover materials that could suit a particular palette or design. Speaking directly with growers and suppliers is the practical advantage. Ask about seasonality, availability and ordering requirements for your project dates, and use those discussions to refine a purchasing shortlist. You can also reconnect with existing contacts and identify new relationships to develop as your floral work evolves. Visitor admission is free with registration. The fair is intended for professionals connected with the floriculture industry. Opening hours are 09:00–17:00 on all three days, in the Europe/Amsterdam time zone. The venue is Royal FloraHolland's Aalsmeer auction site at Legmeerdijk 313; register through the official visitor form before attending.
