Saveurs & Métiers 2027

Two young baker-and-coach teams will compete in the Belgian selections for the Mondial du Pain on 31 January. The following day, an international jury awards the Croissant d’Or 2027. These confirmed competitions give visitors a close look at the precision and creativity of everyday bakery products. The wider exhibition brings food retail and artisan food trades together, with regional producers, finished products and equipment alongside the programme. Bakers, butchers, caterers and food-business owners can explore how craft, presentation and the practical work of a shop or kitchen meet. The complete programme is still being developed; exhibitor participation and pricing are available from the organiser. Saveurs & Métiers runs from 31 January to 2 February 2027 at Namur Expo. Opening is 10:00 daily, until 19:00 on Sunday and Monday and 18:00 on Tuesday. Professional visitors can register free with an invitation code. Without a code, admission at the door costs €35, with a business card required and payment by bank card only.
