About this event

A venue search becomes more useful when you can discuss the purpose of an event, the people attending and the services needed around it. Salon SBE Lyon brings that conversation to Matmut Stadium Gerland on 4–5 February 2027. Produced by Séminaires Business Events, the exhibition connects corporate-event project holders with venues, hotels, agencies, caterers and incentive or team-building providers. Its scope covers Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and other French destinations, making it relevant to companies comparing local options with locations further afield. Event managers, communications and HR teams, executive assistants and agency planners can use the visit to develop a shortlist for a seminar, team outing, convention or business gathering. Discussing accommodation, activities and supplier services together can make it easier to assess how a proposed venue would work for a specific brief. After registration is validated, visitors receive access to the participating supplier list to prepare their meetings. The venue is at 353 avenue Jean Jaurès, 69007 Lyon. Opening hours are 09:00–19:00 on 4 February and 09:00–17:00 on 5 February. Visitor admission is free with registration for professionals with an event project, subject to organiser validation. Venues and suppliers seeking commercial participation should contact the organiser; exhibitor pricing and participation details are available from its team.
