Ondernemen start hier 2026 – Alphen aan den Rijn

Considering self-employment or recently started a business? Ondernemen start hier brings practical talks, an information market and local networking to Alphen aan den Rijn on 10 November 2026.

About this event

The first steps into self-employment often raise several questions at once: how to explain an offer, reach customers and find people who understand the same challenges. Ondernemen start hier puts those subjects into one local evening at Bibliotheek Alphen Centrum. An initiative of VOA and Alphen Marketing within De Week van het Werk, the event takes place on 10 November 2026. The announced programme includes guest entrepreneur Thijs Bezemer, short 20-minute inspiration sessions about pitching, networking, marketing and growth, an information market and a closing networking drink. The evening is aimed at people considering a business and entrepreneurs who started within the past year in Alphen aan den Rijn and the surrounding area. Participants can explore the questions most relevant to their next step and meet local business contacts. Its value lies in combining introductory knowledge and conversations. Arrival is from 18:30, with the programme running 19:00–21:00, local time. The venue is Bibliotheek Alphen Centrum, Aarkade 10. Admission is free with advance registration through the organiser's website.
