A full diary does not always leave room to think about the next stage of a business. This two-hour meeting at CCI Lyon Métropole offers entrepreneurs a focused pause to consider sales prospecting and the way they organise their work. The 5 November session is led by Hakim Smaili, a chamber adviser specialising in commercial development. It covers the essential responsibilities of a business owner, prospecting strategies and everyday management, followed by questions and exchanges of experience. Participants will also hear about Entrepren’Up, a separate support programme combining workshops, individual guidance and a business network. For entrepreneurs, freelancers and small-business owners, the meeting offers an opportunity to reflect on commercial development, prospecting and everyday business organisation. Participants can identify areas they want to improve, exchange experiences with other business owners and learn about the additional support available through the chamber.
