DESCRIPTION:H&T’s 2027 programme moves between the Kitchen Lab\, where 
 chefs present techniques\, products and culinary trends\, and the Main S
 tage\, devoted to the business challenges facing hospitality\, hotels an
 d tourism. A dedicated wine space adds the perspective of sommeliers and
  wine professionals.\n\nThat variety gives restaurateurs\, chefs\, hotel
  teams and other hospitality decision-makers more than a row of equipmen
 t stands to explore. Ideas about food and service can be considered alon
 gside the technology\, furnishings and operational tools presented acros
 s three specialised halls. The eighth H&T Awards also puts the sector’
 s innovation and talent in focus.\n\nThe professional exhibition runs at
  FYCMA in Málaga on 8–10 February 2027\, opening daily at 10:00. Visi
 tor tickets cost €40 plus 10% VAT\; registration has not yet opened. S
