Hospitality 2027 brings professionals from across the hospitality, foodservice and accommodation industries together in Riva del Garda from 1 to 4 February. The international trade fair combines an exhibition of products and services with professional learning opportunities through Hospitality Academy. Organised by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, the exhibition covers Food & Equipment, Contract & Wellness, Renovation & Tech and Beverage. Its audience includes hotel and restaurant operators, catering teams, food-and-drink buyers, architects and hospitality designers. Hospitality Academy complements the exhibition with training seminars for the sector. The benefit of attending is the ability to connect equipment, design and operational questions in one visit. A hospitality buyer can compare products against service requirements; a designer can discuss materials and spaces with suppliers; a catering business can explore equipment and beverage choices that fit its way of working.
