About this event

Forum Branży Eventowej 2027, also known as FBE or the Event Industry Forum, takes place at EXPO XXI Warsaw on 13 and 14 January. The event brings together event agencies, corporate organisers and suppliers for professional contacts and industry discussion. For planners and event service businesses, the exhibition offers a setting to introduce services, meet potential partners and compare supplier capabilities. Doors open at 09:00 on both days, with the final exhibition day ending at 17:00, in Warsaw local time. Individual conference and workshop sessions follow their own programme. Admission depends on professional role. Eligible event buyers can register free under the organiser’s conditions; standard supplier admission is advertised at 150 PLN gross. The registration link here opens the supplier route. Check the official website for buyer eligibility, deadlines and separately priced programme options.
