Festivak 2026 brings the event industry together at Brabanthallen ’s-Hertogenbosch for two days dedicated to discovering suppliers, solutions, trends and new ideas for events. Designed exclusively for event professionals, the trade fair welcomes event organisers, agencies, corporate event professionals, municipalities, marketing and communication professionals, venues, suppliers and other organisations working within the events sector. Visitors can meet suppliers covering areas such as sound and lighting, stages, technology, catering, entertainment, decoration, stand construction, event infrastructure, staffing, venues, marketing services and event technology. Alongside the exhibition floor, Festivak offers more than 40 talks and practical sessions covering developments across the event industry, including sustainability, innovation, crowd management, safety, marketing and event experience. Networking is a major part of Festivak. Visitors can connect with exhibitors and other professionals, arrange meetings through Festivak Connect and participate in themed networking tours. A dedicated networking evening takes place after the exhibition on Wednesday. Admission is free for event-industry professionals with advance registration. Visitors must be at least 18 years old. General visitor registration excludes students; educational access enquiries can be directed to the organiser. Opening hours Wednesday 18 November: 11:00–19:00. Thursday 19 November: 11:00–17:00.
