Encouraging customers to stay engaged, return and recommend a business requires more than simply delivering a good product or service. On 16 November, ADL Sambreville hosts Construire sa communauté : Transformez vos clients en ambassadeurs ! at CréaSambre. The practical workshop is aimed at businesses, shops and independent professionals who want to build an active community around their work. Trainer Frédéric Wins will guide participants through four stages — Explorer, Définir, Concevoir and Habiter — while they work on their own project. The announced focus includes identifying what connects customers and teams, developing a strategy suited to the business and choosing simple ways to encourage engagement and loyalty. For entrepreneurs, shop owners, freelancers and service businesses, the workshop offers an opportunity to explore how stronger customer relationships can support loyalty and word-of-mouth recommendations. By working on their own business or project, participants can identify practical ways to engage their community and encourage customers to become advocates for their brand. The in-person workshop runs from 13:30 to 17:00 at CréaSambre – ADL Sambreville, 175/20 Boulevard de l’Europe, 5060 Sambreville. Admission is free, registration is mandatory and places are limited.
