BTL Cultural connects cultural organisations with the tourism trade, while the wellness and wedding areas offer travel businesses and hospitality professionals a closer look at the experiences around which they could develop a stay. That exploration extends to how trips and professional gatherings are organised. BTL Meeting Industry brings together businesses working in incentives, conferences and exhibitions; BTL Lab turns attention to start-ups and digital solutions for travel. Moving between these areas lets visitors explore an experience alongside the services or technology that could support it. The combination of professional visiting days and public access later in the week brings both the tourism trade and travellers into the event. The professional timetable matters when planning a visit: 3 and 4 March run from 10:00 to 19:00, and 5 March from 10:00 to 23:00. Public admission begins at 17:00 on 5 March and continues over the weekend, when the fair opens at noon. Under-16s are not admitted during professional hours.
