About this event

The BEA Awards 2026 recognise event projects and live communication in Belgium. The awards evening takes place at Antwerp Expo on 25 November, with a reception, dinner, awards show and afterparty. This is a professional gathering for event managers, agencies, creatives, suppliers and production teams. For attendees, its value lies in meeting the people behind Belgian event projects and maintaining relationships across the sector in a social setting. The awards provide a shared focus for conversations about work and approaches. The reception starts at 16:00. Dinner and the awards show begin at 18:30, followed by the afterparty at 22:00. The evening ends at 02:00 on 26 November, in Antwerp local time. Attendance is paid, with individual tickets and table options available through the official registration page.
