Bakers, ice-cream makers, chocolatiers and pastry chefs bring different ways of working to this shared professional fair. Ingredients and finished products sit alongside tools, packaging and shop presentation, making it interesting to consider how a creation is made, served and presented to a customer. The organiser’s programme includes demonstrations and knowledge spaces, with the Kletskoek Café offering a setting for conversations about the trade. Its bakery and ice-cream combination also serves hospitality professionals looking beyond a single product speciality. Exhibitor participation and pricing are available from the organiser. Bakkersvak & IJs-Vak takes place on 7–9 March 2027 at Evenementenhal Gorinchem, 10:00–17:00 daily. Admission is free with registration for industry professionals; the fair is not open to consumers. All visitors must register, including children, who must be accompanied by a parent or teacher.
